Transfer Students

Small School. BIG Opportunities.

Many students who transfer to St. Joseph High School say it feels like joining a family. When your student becomes part of our Spartan community, you’ll discover what makes St. Joes truly special.

In a community that respects each student as a Child of God, we offer a college preparatory education that encourages spiritual growth, academic excellence, co-curricular participation, and civic engagement. Our Mission is to graduate men and women whose lives are rooted in our core values of Sanctity, Justice, Honor and Scholarship. We will prepare your student(s) for college, life and heaven!

Ready to Discover Your St. Joes? Here’s how the transfer process works:

1. Submit your transcript - Provide a copy of your student’s high school transcript. Our School Counselor and Principal will review it to determine if a transfer is possible. Transcripts may be:
Saint Joseph High School
800 Montana Ave.
Natrona Heights, PA 15068
Attn: Admissions Office
2. Complete your admissions file - If the transfer is possible, the next step is finishing your application:
          • Submit an application for admission and $100 application fee online
          • Request an official transcript from your current school
          • Complete the Diocesan Discipline Form (notarized) and return it to St. Joes
3. Transfer Meeting - Schedule an in-person meeting with our Transfer Committee. This gives us the chance to get to know your family and explore whether St. Joes is the right fit. School tours can also be arranged for the same day as your visit.

4. Admissions Decision -  After the transfer meeting and reviewing your application file, the Transfer Comittee will make an admission decision. The decision will be mailed home to you.

5. Tuition & Financial Aid
        • Apply for financial aid through the FACTS application.
        • Submit the St. Joseph Scholarship Application.

We’re excited to welcome you to the St. Joes family!
