St. Joes is Accessable!

In accordance with Pennsylvania law, public school districts are required to provide free transportation to Saint Joseph High School (SJHS) if:

1. The district is located within a 10-mile radius of SJHS, and
2. The district provides busing for its own public high school students.

The following school districts currently offer transportation to SJHS:
Burrell, Deer Lakes, Fox Chapel, Franklin Regional, Freeport, Highlands, Kiski, Leechburg, New Kensington, Plum Borough, and South Butler.

SJHS Private Bus Service
SJHS also offers private bus service from the following areas: Butler/Mars, Ford City/Kittanning, Oakmont/Penn Hills/Verona, and Shaler. The cost is $550 per student for the full school year.

Enrollment and Bus Coordination
Once your family enrolls at Saint Joseph High School, SJHS will contact your local school district to arrange transportation. The district’s bus company will then provide you with details about your child’s pick-up and drop-off times and locations.
